We harvest our chestnuts fresh each fall and start shipping as soon as they're ready, usually around October 15. Pre-orders are not available on jumbo chestnuts.

Our jumbo chestnuts are the largest, most impressive nuts we grow — measuring over 1½ inches in diameter and bursting with the rich, sweet flavor.

Harvested fresh from our family orchard and certified organic, these are best for roasting or gifting. Quantities are very limited, so order quickly!

How to Roast

Score an X on the flat side of each nut. Add to a pot of boiling water and boil 5 minutes. Then roast at 425°F for 20–25 minutes until shells curl back. Peel while warm for the easiest peeling.
