Shipping Policy

• Fresh chestnuts ship starting mid-October
• Orders placed before then are pre-orders and will be billed when you order.
• Please note that chestnuts are seasonal and are perishable. To avoid weekend delays in getting your order, we mainly ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. We can also ship Wednesdays to most West Coast locations. Orders that arrive after our Tuesday afternoon shipment will be held for the following week.
• We primarily use USPS Priority 2-day shipping to make sure your chestnuts arrive as quickly as possible. Please alert us if that will cause a delivery issue.
