Shipping Policy

• Fresh chestnuts ship starting mid-October
• Orders placed before then are pre-orders and will not be billed until they are filled. Please ensure that you have the funds needed on your credit card in mid-October.
• Please note that chestnuts are seasonal and are perishable.
• We strongly recommend choosing Express shipping at checkout, especially if you live in a warm climate. We primarily use USPS Priority shipping to make sure your chestnuts arrive as quickly as possible. Please alert us if that will cause a delivery issue.
