We grind this wonderful extra-fine flour from our own dried organic chestnuts. It adds a sweet, nutty flavor to baked goods. Gluten-free.
WILD RICE and CHESTNUTS
This is a delicious combination of organic wild rice and our dried chestnuts. Just add to water or broth and cook. Vary with onions, dried fruit, mushrooms or vegetables for a more substantial side dish or for stuffing.
